We only produce food we would be happy to feed our own cats. What ends up in the bag is decided long before mixing starts — by which suppliers we buy from and which ingredients we accept.
Our formulas are built around what a cat actually needs at each stage of its life — protein it can use, fats in the right balance, and the vitamins and minerals that go with them. The recipe is only half of it: the same formula gives a different bag if the ingredients behind it change. That is why every batch is traceable back to the raw materials it was made from.

A guaranteed analysis is a promise, not a decoration. Protein, fat, fibre and moisture are printed on the bag because you are meant to be able to rely on them — so the number has to survive the distance between the formula sheet and the sack you open at home.
We keep that distance short. Raw materials are checked before they are accepted, production runs to a fixed recipe rather than to whatever is cheapest that week, and every batch carries a number that leads back to the materials it was made from. If something needs to be looked at later, we can find it.
